1. We commit to hiring more than 20% of local service providers, including the indigenous people of Phang Nga, to support community livelihoods and generate employment opportunities within the region.

2. We encourage the promotion of local contractors and subcontractors, including indigenous personnel, fostering skill development and career growth for local and indigenous communities.

3. We prioritize sourcing seasonal products, services, and raw materials from local suppliers, to stimulate income growth, support sustainable practices, and reduce the environmental impact of transportation.

4. We consider the environmental impact when making procurement decisions, ensuring that products and services meet high-quality standards, adhere to safety regulations, and are reusable, recyclable, and energy-efficient to combat global warming.

5. We seek alternatives that minimize environmental impact, support sustainability, and contribute to reducing global warming.

6. Our procurement practices also focus on promoting the preservation of local traditions, arts, and cultural identity, including the indigenous cultures of Phang Nga, ensuring that community values are upheld.
