1. The hotel will develop safety, occupational health, and working environment management systems in compliance with laws, international standards, and relevant requirements to foster a sustainable safety culture.

2. The hotel regards safety as the responsibility of all employees. Supervisors must act as role models and encourage employees to work safely and adhere to safety regulations.

3. The hotel will encourage the active participation of guests, employees, contractors, and visitors in implementing safety, occupational health, and working environment practices.

4. The hotel recognizes the importance of preventing and assessing risks related to hazards and environmental impacts and will implement effective prevention and mitigation measures.

5. The hotel will enhance employee knowledge and awareness of the importance of safety, occupational health, and a healthy working environment.

6. The hotel will monitor and evaluate the implementation of the annual plan to ensure efficient and effective practices.

7. The hotel will allocate appropriate resources, including budget, time, personnel, and related materials, to support the implementation of safety, occupational health, and working environment management systems.
